I was very pleased with Dave and the service he provided. Most service companies now are larger companies being run through phone agencies routing calls to contractors. I've had so many issues with so many poor quality services because the contracted workers just don't care like people do if it's their own company.
Dave was very honest and upfront on his services and prices were very reasonable. Offered some great recommendations and didn't charge ridiculous prices for the few random requests I had.
I know that companies like this are usually buried by Google services and I can't recommend working with people like Dave and Hytek more.

Dave is a peach. Our water softener has been on the fritz (about once a week the water was "salty" when I brushed my teeth in the morning). Dave explained that it was due to a valve going bad during the "brine cycle". Wasn't pushy, was extremely informative, and great pricing. He came a few days early to help us out and was just a true delight to have here at our home to help us. I highly recommend Hytek and Dave for your water softening needs. Smart, professional, and on it! Grateful!

We were looking into getting a water softener. I called Dave based on a recommendation from a family member who had used his services, and I'm so glad I did. He showed up the same day I called, assessed the situation and quoted a price, then scheduled an installation date less than a week out. On the day of installation, he showed up when expected and had the job done in the time frame he estimated. Knowledgeable, friendly, informative, willing to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

I called Dave because I was having issues with my water softener. I had called him because the people who installed it would not respond to my calls. He came out and looked at the softener and made a few adjustments. He is very prompt, friendly, and I would recommend calling him first if you have softener issues.

Bought a water softener in March of 2019. They arrived at the house just before the appointment time and were willing to work around my schedule. Once inside he pulled my old softener, redid the plumbing that was no longer to code and organized everything to make it look and function better. Almost a year later everything is working great and not a single leak. I had purchased a tank that was too large for the space I had because I wasnt knowledgeable on the system. He went back to his shop and changed it out for me at no cost.
Great service and a good cost compared to other companies I called. I would highly recommend Hytek.
